Howdy all,Haven't posted in a while but it sure feels good to get afew forwards, been a bit of a drought lately. Funny that these same songs have recently been basically panned for other listings but so it goes... Anyone else submit to this one?S090129SSUNIQUE AND CUTTING EDGE SINGER-SONGWRITER ARTISTS in the range of Bright Eyes, Elliott Smith, Regina Spektor, Rachael Yamagata, Sufjan Stevens, Iron & Wine, etc. are wanted by a successful Independent Music Publisher & Record Label that specializes in securing placements for Film/TV/Video Game opportunities. This Publisher has recently signed several TAXI artists/writers and is looking to continue the roster expansion. They'll be most interested in artists who have a body of work - not just single songs but at least a few incredible and marketable songs... the more the better. Outstanding vocals and a fresh sound that's still relevant and viable will catch the most attention - amazing songs with really unique lyrics will be a must. You'll need to make sure that your recordings are Broadcast Quality, with no profanity or uncleared samples. Please submit 2-3 songs online or per CD, include PHOTO/BIO. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI and must be received no later than January 29, 2009.
