The drum line sound are working here.

I think you could improve this song by
The issue how overshadowed by other sounds that don't make much sense in this style, like piano.

I returned or forwarded this song because
Super simpler approaches, like the first and 4th references are the strongest approach to this style where the brief tells us that drum line sounds need to dominate the track.
