My name is Kent and I've been a Taxi member for a number of years though not very active. I intend on participating more in the Forums and saw a suggestion for "newbies" to introduce themselves here, so, here I am. I attended my first Road Rally last year and it was a very positive experience. I've already got my plane ticket for this years Rally (I live in Tigard, OR.).
I wrote my first song when I was 5 y/o and have played in gigging bands as a guitarist/vocalist/songwriter since I was 17 (now in my 60s). For the past 25 or so years my primary writing genre has been BluesRock though I've penned a few Country tunes and other odd-ball/novelty things. Along with working on becoming a more prolific songwriter, I am going to try getting into the sync world too. I'm a (fledgling) Pro Tools guy and an MIDI idiot
