Another delayed flight
Each time they lost his luggage
Was a thorn in Adam’s side
Then she walked in that Chili’s
Turnin’ ev’ry head
Scarlet dress and auburn hair
Fingernails a fiery red

She looked like hell
Her heart was a bottomless pit
Anyone who wasn’t careful
Would fall into it
No one knows

With a snakeskin purse
And she cast an icy shadow
Darker than a hearse
She sipped an appletini
And she kissed him with her eyes
She spoke in secret whispers
But all he heard were lies
