My heart goes out to all those impacted by these horrific fires in the LA area. My thoughts are with everyone in LA at this time.

While I was working on a brief this morning, my thoughts went out to the unthinkable damage being thrust upon our friends, colleagues, and family who are the Taxi family. I wrote these thoughts in an email to Taxi and crew and thought I would share them here as well.

"Within one year of being involved in Taxi, you really have become like family even though I’ve met and only talked with just a few of you. It’s been a wonderful year of growth for me as a person and musically while immersing myself into Taxi. Being able to attend the Rally and watching Michael and so many other interviews that Michael has orchestrated, he really has made not only a community, but created a legacy for all of us looking for hope and a path to build and leave our legacy for our loved ones.

Thank you for building such a wonderful business/family where we can belong, celebrate, laugh, love and cry together. Cheers to you, Michael, for having a vision and working your butt off to make it happen. A rising tide benefits all.
