How does sharing the room happen in practise? Do I just reserve a room for one person for now and I can add people later or how does it work? Sorry, I'm just a little stressed about it because well, without a room I'll be in deep s***.

Either one of you makes the reservation for 2 adults. I think you can put both guest names on the reservation but it would be on one of your credit cards. The person whose credit card is not used, can pay the other one separately. Bills are itemized so it's easy to get the exact amount with tax for each room night. Make sure you get the 2 queen beds, not a king (Unless you want to expand the collaboration, LOL  )

:) Casey

PS I can tell you are nervous about the rally so if you ever want to do a zoom with me and talk about it, let me know. We'll coordinate time-zones.

Ok, so I need to find someone to share the room with before making the reservation. I wouldn't want to leave this matter too close to the Rally dates so if anyone is interested, please send me a PM. I'm a non-smoking straight guy with a normal 5 metre radius for a personal space

Just have it on your phone. Most will just bring up a playlist from disco.ac. Make sure you can quickly and easily get to any song you want to play so you don't lose any time at your 15 minute mentor session or other chance to play for someone.

See you there! :D

Sorry, I noticed your PS only now. This might be a good idea. I guess I need to get a camera first ;)

Yes for 2025. Bringing guitar again, my baby Taylor..... BUT, a part of me wants to bring the Fender Strat (U.S.) I played on the electric last year and ... I longed for the Strat. I know it must be a little stressful for whoever that guitar belonged to but I saw how respectful most were to the instruments provided, I may check it on plane and just bring it. It has the Texas special pickups. So , it has a little growl if needed.
