Waveform webpage

Hi all, hope everyone's well.

In not sure if this might be of any use to any youtubers possibly. I made a little webpage to display a waveform and show sections etc, wholly over engineered and probably completely unnecessary but unfortunately i was out of action for a time so gave this a bash
hope it might be of use to someone, if not feel free to point and laugh at me.

Thanks Pete, that could be useful for YouTube content. Do you know what software and/or techniques people are using to create videos with a static picture but moving/fluctuating snow, dust, light, etc. over the top? Thank you!
