Got the forward today....ALT ROCK/INDIE POP INSTRUMENTALS for Film/TV placements are wanted by the President of an L.A. Music Library/Publisher who has signed and placed many TAXI writers/songs. You can think in the range of Vampire Weekend, Muse, Placebo, Bloc Party, Franz Ferdinand, Kasabian, Paramore, etc. in terms of approach and stylistic possibilities. These need to be instrumentals only, specifically for the purpose of placements in shows such as One Tree Hill, CSI, Las Vegas, Grey's Anatomy, Rob & Big, The Biggest Loser, etc. This Publisher will be looking for really compelling tracks that sound radio-ready and current/cutting edge.
