Two High Tension Forwards

Post by mewman » Tue Jan 27, 2009 3:10 pm

I got rejected for the Prolific composer listing, although the screener liked the piece I submitted using my new EWQLSO samples. I got the good news about the two pieces I submitted for the high tension listing this evening. I'm looking forward to this year! Here are the two tunes. One of them was posted after it was forwarded a few months ago, the other is a 30 second cue.http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... trueMewman

I love the little bass notes on beat 4 in the right speaker on 30 sec!Nice use of "Dig" on the second piece. Good brass work all around, too.Congrats!!Mazz

Mewman, love the low woodwinds! The driving beat of the second piece is very cool and suspenseful. Good work.Congrats.Steve

Wow. All the timbres and textures serve their individual purposes well and they really come together into the whole too. Sweet! You deserve your success with these - - - - and your future ones too if you keep this up! Allen
