Hey Tedster!First off, let me say a mighty CONGRATULATIONS to ya' for 30 days of being smoke-free. That's one hell of an accomplishment Mr. Might I say, I am PROUD of you for stickin' to your guns, and pushing yourself to overcome the habit.I have managed 2 weeks, as of today, of being smokeless. Feeling betterer & betterer each day. Still get those little cravings every now & then, but I can basically ignore them now with no problem. Haven't re-stocked on the fruits or trail mix or apple juice. Just goin' with my normal routines minus the smokes now. Heck, groceries have gotten expensive. Just the little bit that I purchased would cost almost $40, and I felt I really hadn't even gotten that much. Damn!!Don't know if I'm deserving of having the torch passed on ta' me, but I'll do the best I can with it. I have 2 more weeks, and I guess I'll pass it on to the MILF! He'll be deserving of it at that point. He's made great strides to reduce his intake from 40 cigs down to 2 or 3 a day. That's a major accomplishment!! I can imagine the extra lengths he had ta' go through ta' break the vicious cycle. It's one thing ta' fight smokin' a pack-a-day, but to fight 2 packs-a-day, is of course, double the trouble. You're doin' excellent though. And Solrax has finally found something that works well for him, so great. However each individual deals with it, that's great. As long as we all reach the ultimate goal, and that's TO QUIT!! Nuff said.I-468

Ok, I haven't chimed in on this because I thought I would jinx myself but after 30+ yrs. of over a pack a day, I haven't had a smoke since Jan. I think I've made it.

I'm back! I took my 6 hour long test yesterday, and it was the HARDEST test I have ever taken in my life. In fact through out the whole test, I kept thinking of how nice a cigarette would be. I didn't smoke though, the patch along with the stresstabs have really helped and I have been without a cigarette for 3 days now. I don't consider 4/15/2008 as my quit day because I've since then slipped, but as of 04/25/2008 I haven't touched a smoke. Thanks all for the help you've given me thus far.Apr 27, 2008, 4:17pm, devin wrote:Solrax...if you flip out and paste 10 000 patches all over your bod, take a picture for us at least, OK?!?".I'll make sure to take a picture If I do flip out and do this
