hey guys just dropping for a quick reply. I'm still doing good, but unfortunatly I can't stay long I have to study for my test tomorrow. I'll see you all on sometime tomorrow. So far so good, the patch has helped me a great deal.

Kudos to Ted and all of you who continue to fight their addictions! Ted-- 30 days no cigs... wonderful!Tomorrow will be my 7th day without coffee. I also have been trying not to eat within 2-3 hours of bedtime as my doctor wants. I've been pretty good with that, not perfect. Making progress! Casey

yeah, im sneaky, ive been having really bad insomnia, so i split it up into 2 four hour chunks to maximize my slippage times, so i smoked less than a ciggarette today, if i can keep that up 1-2 more times ill try to go without one altogether

this is such a source of frustration...I've been trying for the last 10 minutes to figure out why I am unable to increase the size of my font for this statement, and I can't for the life of me.But if I COULD, this next sentence would be like one of Steve's magic floating, animated screens, but only with lettering about 2 ft. tall. Nicely done one and all!20 days without caffeine for me...not a single headache since 3 days after I stopped either.Between Casey, Lindsey, and myself quitting caffeine...I think Juan Valdez is going to have an inventory problem soon.Keep at it Ibanez & Milfus! I just emailed a friend of mine to tell him I was celebrating my first month without a cigarette in "grand style...with a FINE Cuban cigar".He found absolutely ZERO humor in that statement until I assured him it was a joke. Geez, lighten up (as opposed to lighting up).
