HAHAHAHAThat's cute Dave! What's ironic is I actually had my hands on some of that this past Sunday. I'm actually doin' pretty good. My urges are not that strong anymore. But every now & then I feel like I need to go through the motions of lighting up & inhaling & exhaling, ya' know, it's a ritual-type thing. You miss that part most of all too.I-468

Identify yourself, and tell yourself that you are a non-smoker. Quitting smoking is an issue of spiritual resolve, (not religion). You can and you will do it no matter what it takes.You are already a non-smoker since you stopped.Greg.
