Congrats again to all the quitters! I don't think I'm off the coffee wagon, but I am trying to have one cup a day, first thing in the morning. My doctor always said that was OK but I was worried that if I had one, I wouldn't have the discipline to keep it to that. Now that I have had NONE for a few weeks, I feel more confident that I can hold to that one cup. So today is day #2 of the one cup a day thing...Interestingly, for people with acid problems, you usually read that instant coffee is worse than brewed. For me it's been the opposite. Instant (even with a big heap o' teaspoon), works better for me. Casey

Go, Ted 51 days of freedom under your belt ...To make letters larger, highlight the words you want bigger and click the size button in the tag bar then adjust number accordingly. As far as flashing lights are concerned...you'll probably just have to swing a flash light around and sing to yourself; unfortunately, you'll be the only one to experience that unless you've got a You Tube video in you

I've been doing just that for months, and no matter HOW many times I click on that "size" tab, nothing gets any bigger or smaller. So, again, what am I doing wrong?ps. Thanks for the congrats. I know "they" say it's not uncommon for someone to gain weight while they're trying to quit smoking, but my BELT has actually gotten smaller and tighter. These walks I've been taking must be working. There's another reason for a wooHOO.

Hey TedWhen you highlight a phrase and click the size button, it will default to size=2, standard size. Then you simpley change the size number to size=3, size=4, etc until you find the size you want.Ted size=2Ted size=3

Hey TedWhen you highlight a phrase and click the size button, it will default to {size=2}, standard size. Then you simply change the size number in the square brackets to size=3, size=4, etc until you find the size you want. (Note: I used curly braces about to not confuse the message board HTML).Ted size=2Ted size=3Ted size=4Ted size=5Ted size=6Ted size=7Ted size=8It maxes out at 7.Got it? Casey
