Re: my first forward! Yippee!
Once again, thank you all! The sitar is cool, isn't it? The guitar player just happened to have bought an electric sitar the day he was laying that track down, and he asked if I would mind if he fooled around some with his new toy! Wow. I was so impressed. (His name is Larry Saltzmann, just for the record. No pun intended!) Thanks again. It's great to be able to share my good fortune with people who get it. My real-world friends don't really understand. They say all the right things, but it's easy to see that they have no idea what it means to me. So, a big thank you and a big sloppy golden retriever kiss to all of you!Cheers,Ellen

Ellen, very cool song! Very creative! I like the way you build the instrumentation at the beginning of the song, introducing new instruments periodically to keep it interesting. CONGRATULATIONS on the forward!!Cam

Thanks Steve, too funny! And thanks Cam; thanks for listening! I can't take credit for the arrangement or the production, though. It was all done by my teacher in NY, Tony Conniff. He started out as a bass player and now he does pretty much everything. I'll be sure to tell him! You folks are the greatest. Cheers,Ellen
