Licensing for tv placements

We were recently contacted by a music library/publisher that sent us an agreement. The deal lets us retain our copyright and ownership and splits the deal 50/50. There was a part in the compensation section that states in addition, any sales rep from said company that lands licensing deals will be entitled to 20%. My question: Is this the norm with these types of contacts? Any insight or past experiences with this type of deal would be greatly appreciated. Much thanks in advance for anyone who chimes in.
