I like Shiner Bock from Texas. But living here in Portland, OR and having so many micro-brews it's hard to choose. Especially, right now with all of the winter ales coming out. Hearty and strong the way I like them! A couple of weeks from now, there's going to be a huge heated tent downtown filled with breweries selling tastings of their winter seasonals. That'll be lovely.

I dig mojitos too. Arkjack's drink sounds good. I'll have to try it and see if I get a forward.

Am I total wimp if the only beer I like is Corona? The older I get, the more wine affects me. Not hard liquor, just vino. Anybody else feel that?

That would be the sulfites in the wine. Try one that's at least 5 years old...if it's affordable. Sulfites dissipate by that point.
