I work at an international financial institution as an investment officer. I have been there for 10 years and have seen a lot - but most of the people are really stuffed up and I am just way too creative for that place (begs the question why I have stayed there for so long... bills, the answer is bills). I'm a CPA during the day. Then, in my spare time, I raise two kids with my wife who is a full time dentist at the biggest State Prison in Texas.How's that for weird!!! Larry

Full-time student getting a degree in Music Industry (B.S., not B.A.) at Drexel University in Philadelphia. I'm in my third year now, taking courses in everything from pop arranging, to copyright and business law, publishing, recording, scoring to picture, marketing, accounting, calculus, and everything in between. I really love it here... helps that I scored a free ride! So far this year I've made the equivalent of a slightly-higher-than-minimum-wage income from my music (assuming 48 40-hour work weeks) and as that's my only source of income, I guess that could be considered my day job too.

I calibrate instruments and troubleshoot/repair high tech bio-pharmecutical manufacturing equipment. My shift changed earlier this year to 3 13 hour days over the weekend so I have 4 days off to compose, which I do as much as I can every day.My official title is Instrumentation Technician so I guess I do Instrumentation for a living and hope to do a different kind of Instrumentation for a living in the not so near future. The company is pretty cool to work for. The throw great parties. Last year was the 30th anniversary party and they hired The Foo FIghters, Bob Dylan, The Black Eyed Peas and The Eagles to play. There was 12,000 people in the parking lot on a beautiful September afternoon. We've also had Stevie Wonder, Elton John and Earth, Wind and Fire play there too. I teach and play guitar. After almost 25 years of doing so I'm dedicating more of my time to composing and recording. My kids are finally on their own so now is a good time for me to pursue this.

I play piano and organ for a living. Mostly church work these days, but I also do some classical gigs, band gigs, studio work... I've also recently been working as a transcriber/arranger, which is really cool! I also teach. I used to teach a ton, but luckily I don't have to anymore.

I have an audio / video company. I have a graphics business ebay and the a.v. company will combined with that company. I make videos for corporate stuff, and we are adding transfers, archiving, and duplications as well as producing and editing. These will all be combined into one little creative studio, which is in the process of being built as we speak!In my former life I was a lighting and video technician at a (then) top rock club, a sound engineer with a sound company, and house production manager for 2 theaters in albuquerque. I also worked for a long long time as a union stagehand as well as touring with bands large and small. Then the few years in retail and office temping, after my health was keeping me from doing stagework any more. Then my health knocked me down for about 9 years, until just about 1 1/2 years ago as I started feeling more healthy, and was up to joining Taxi.Hopefully, the studio will succeed and I can compose full time within the next few years.
