How To Provide Profile Image?

Hi, Can you tell I'm new? In Modify Profile it says..."If you would like a picture displayed in your profile, you can use one of our provided images, or you can enter your own custom avatar URL." Can anyone advise how to provide the image??? Thanks so much, Chris

GNC,You need to make a picture of about 100 pixels by 100 pixels. That's the size that will fit properly on this forum.<--- This one is 85 pixels wide by 100 high. Right click on it and go to "properties" to see how big the picture is.Once you have a properly sized picture, you need to put it on a computer server, and then provide the Http://... link to where it is.I think there are websites that will let you store your picture for free this way. try Google for something like "image hosting".I think Flikr might do it.
