Hey Guys,We've seen a few posts on here occasionally about the time it takes to get a response back on a submission. So, I thought I'd do a little preemptive post because we've had a pretty big influx of submissions over the last few weeks...It takes 2-4 weeks from the deadline date (not the date submitted) to hear back on a listing. It really just depends on the amount of submissions we get for pitch. Some can be turned around pretty fast, but others can get 500+ songs and they will probably take the full 4 weeks. We've been known to work weekends and nights to make sure we get them out before that 4 week mark ThanksClint

Re: Submission Turn Around Times
Hi Clint,So is it always like this? - say you have a listing that comes out in August with an October submission deadline, and you get hundreds of submissions during this timeframe - you let the submissions accumulate, but don't begin evaluating them until after the submission deadline? Or do you ever evaluate them as they come in?

Re: Submission Turn Around Times
We normally wait until the deadline date, but if there are a lot of submissions coming in we may start early. Either way when the songs get in 500+ range it takes us a while to listen to them all.We are adding some new screener stations in a few weeks so we should be able to schedule more screeners at once, so that should help on the large listings.C
