lol. well, maybe with all the invaluable contacts you make at the rally, you'll get covered by a huge artist, make millions and get to have four PR vacations a year!

hey Gschmitt, I only attended my first Rally last year, and as a Canadian, I can tell you the trip does not come cheap for me. The exchange makes everything more expensive - a $149+14% tax a night hotel is $193 to me. That adds up fast. However, I was totally amazed by my first Rally, and am scraping together my cash to head to CA again. Last year I posted my notes from the Rally on the forum, I will do that again if you likecheersVikki

I flew from L.A. to Puerto Rico awhile ago, and damn! Puerto Rico is WAAAYYY farther east than you would ever think! It seemed like it was almost as far from L.A. to Orlando as it was Orlando to Puerto Rico. That said, I played a Gary Player golf course in the rain and had a great time! A beautiful country.Ern

Hey gschmitt,I won't be able to go either. Though I would love to, like many other people we just can't afford it. So I'll be here missing out on the fun and experience like you. But we can just live vicariously through other people like Vicki who will graciously post all about it Theresa

Lots of dorks here, but I don't know if we're like you. Too poor to go. We're like you in that. Only live 800 miles away. Still too poor. Too shy anyway. I would just loiter in the shadows.

I'm not invited:Rockinthebox was involved in a mooning incident 2 years ago at the rally and blamed it on me. I'm innocent I tell ya.
