Too numerous to mention... Many many 60's singles including:Walk Away Renee, The Left BankeElusive Butterfly, Bob LindEve of Destruction, Barry McGuireRegarding "Green Tambourine", it was by the Lemon Pipers... At the time, there were a few bubble gum groups- Lemon Pipers, 1910 Fruitgum Company, and Ohio Express.... Some have suggested that these weren't real groups at all, just a studio releasing bubble-gum under different names... I don't know... My brother claims to have actually seen the 1910 Fruitgum Company on TV and says they were real.PS The Ohio Express did "Yummy yummy yummy I've got love in my tummy".... yuch... I'm trying to eat lunch! Casey

ErnJimmy Webb wrote "The Worst That Can Happen"... a fav of mine... However, BB does not count as a one hit wonder, they had at least one more with, "Welcome Me Love"...One hit wonder: "Things I'd Like To Say" by the New Colony Six... I love when a group has only one hit but releases a Greatest Hits album! I bought that CD just for the one song! Casey

I don't remember "Things I'd Like To Say." Wasn't the Brooklyn Bridge from Philly? I don't remember "Welcome Me Love" either! Radio was really territorial back then. Chicago radio would play Chicago bands that most of the nation never heard of. Remember the Mauds? I barely do! The best station was WBZ in Boston. They'd break all the British bands first. Very progressive.Ern
