Desperately in need of PROTOOLS help !

I really need some help with Protools..very basic beginner stuff..like how hear a piece of music to record with it.Is there any kind soul willing to PM me and answer a couple basic questions. I called tech support and waited on phone long time and never got anyone.Thanks!

Sorry Slim. I don't have Protools. I hope this doesn't sound sarcastic, but have you read the entire manual? From my experience with other programs, I find most questions are answered there pretty well most of the time. The worst thing you can do, especially as a newbie, is skip the manual. It's a pain in the ass to do but always worth it. Best of luck.

Yes I have read the manual...Yes I have listened to much of the set up. It is quite involved. I simply need the basics right now like how to record a voice WITH music at the same time and that is NOT in the manual.I have a Masters Degree in Education..and I understand how its a good idea to read the information.
