I respect your opinion Mazz and read everything you've posted knowing i'll learn something - I sucked it up and deleted it - it still doesn't make it right though..

It may not make it right, but it was the right thing to do. You were only really hurting yourself and potentially your rep. And that's another thing that takes years to create.This is a tough business. Hang in there and try not to get sucked in to the "suits are clueless" mentality. That will only impede your progress. I say that to remind myself and anyone else that they need us as much as we need them, but there's lots more of us knocking at the door!!Take care,Mazz
