Restering PRO question

Restering PRO question
If I have a co writer who is BMI and I am ASCAP, do I have to register a song with both PRO's to be completely covered?I suppose i should just call ASCAP huh? Duh!Oh well, comments still welcome.

(your co-writer can do the same their end if wished)
