Hello! Mike Heffley, nice to meet you all. I've been a member since April, have had 10 forwards, about 20 returns, first time on forums. Hoping I can get some insight.
So, I submitted to a Lo-Fi (my specialty and passion) listing a few weeks ago. They got rejected but with pretty good reviews, only feedback was they are just a little loose (I didn't quantize much). So now that I know how to fix them I saw today that the same library is asking for more and there is a new listing. However, in the listing it states to submit new material. My question is, now that I know exactly what to do to fix them, is it cool to resubmit for this listing? Will the screener reject if they see the name of the tracks are ones I submitted already? Even though they have been revised? Thank you so much in advance for any feedback. Been learning a lot since I joined.
Question about re-submitting to new/same listing.

I need to defer to more experienced members but I think you can re-submit to the listing with your improved version. From what I understand, the end client only receives music that were forwarded by the screener. Since your first submission didn't pass the screener's quality control, you should be able to re-submit with your improved version. Who knows, the second listing may be assigned to a different screener who has a different perspective.
Your skills are improving with each submission as you receive feedback from the screener.

I think you are safe in submitting your improved track to the listing as it wasn't forwarded last time.

Hi Mike...the track did not get forwarded so the library has never heard them yet so you can submit those revised track, the screeners will hear same tracks over and over again when members submit their track to different listings.
good luck
