Question on Forward

What does it mean when you get a forward on a listing that the music library owner was doing the screening themselves?

It means you've a VERY good chance of getting a deal!

I guess it means that they have divided the wheat from the chaff before they then start dividing the good wheat from the bad wheat.I personally wouldn't see it as a guarantee of a deal at this stage, but it's definately better to be in the wheat rather than the chaff.
