needed by an LA based Music Publisher seeking placement tracks for Film/TV and Commercial projects. A representative of the company will screen these submissions. He splits the license fee with you 40/60 [that 60% is for you] and doesn't take any publishing. Broadcast quality needed [excellent home recordings are OK]. Please submit one to three songs online or per CD, include lyrics. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI and must be received by April 15, 2008. TAXI #S080415IRThis seems to leave things wide open, to me anyway. Other than "INDIE ROCK SONGS", there's no "a la" etc. Does this mean any rock song by an Indie artist? Sorry if I'm being naive, just seems like some sort of deeper description is missing.
