I'm really not sure what these products are, but I saw the name Peavey and when I was a kid my uncle
played a tele and strat on Peavey amps. The 'A' was the one I remember hearing as a kid that sounded like him.
I googled Peavey transtube, so it's solid state not tube. Interesting. If the transtube is 'A', then it sounds very impressive, but if 'B' is a Peavey with tubes, then it seems the sound has changed from their tube amps from the '70's.
