Recommendation of Music Attorney??

Hi,

I have received a contract from one of my Taxi forwards and would like to have some suggestions of savy music attorneys to look over the contract. The contract is for licensing and distribution. Also, since there is no money up front so...an affordable attorney who has quick turn around would be most appreciated.

If you're in California - check out California Lawyers for the Arts. Other states have similar pro-bono organizations.

The only one that I know is Don Simon, http://www.entertainmentlawchicago. List of services: http://www.entertainmentlawchicago.com/services.htm. He use to reside in Chicago, but has since relocated to Kansas City. But I believe he works with people from all over and is very knowledgeable. He helped me out with a situation with a former band mate over song rights. Great guy!
