Hey Sammi, send me a link to your TAXI page. anything that is taximusic.com/hosting/userid will not work. You must use the taxi.com/"yourname"

Look forward to hearing your submission!

Matt

Hi Matt...nice work and turn around time is impressive. My take is same as Casey's - tempo might be a little slow for this. Also the intro should probably be shorter to bring in the piano earlier and build faster since it reads like they are mostly after 60 sec spots. Just my uninformed opinion tho' - great work and stylistically on target.
Best,

Best,

Thanks Casey, did you check out the second one? By the way like your tracks on your taxi page. I would love to play frettless or fretted bass on some of your stuff any time!

peace,
Matt

Listening to v2... Nice! I really like this track! :)

It's a great track... It may not be uptempo and energetic enough for this listing. That being said, one of the cool part of writing for listings is if it doesn't fit this one, it's one more in the toolbox for many other opps.

Best of luck!
:) Casey

PS Say hi to Jen for me! ;)

Hey Steve,

Thanks for the kind words.

Chain of events

Guitar = $200.00 squire strat - sansamp -digi002 - protools - Wave's GTR
Bass = $4,000.00 Alembic Orion -sansamp -digi002 - protools - track

The GTR waves stuff is the only guitar plugin I will use and thank god it came into existence, cause the others just
suck in my opinion!

Anything fender and vinage will do when using real stuff, with a pair of 57s

So I have been worrying mainly of the tempo that I chose for this song. I just caught Bitter Sweet memory in the truck, jumped out and turned my metronome on, it is at about 90 and my song is at 111bmp. So I think tempo will be fine as far as fast enough goes. fweoo maybe? fingers crossed...

Hey Matt,

Read a forum in the "listings" i think, and one person called and asked about the tempo situation for this listing. They said that they were NOT looking for the tempo of Bittersweet, just the style. So I think you'll be good there!
