Haha, I'm trying to learn how to slow down a bit...;)The two songs I'm turning in for the listing are "Burn It to the Ground" and "Failing Wings", and I think those are as good as they're going to get for the listing at this point. I was hoping to have more great ones to turn in as well, but it turns out that's tough. At least I have more songs for library listings now!Dan

Hey Dan!It's been really fun watching you run through this process to meet the deadline and to shoot for writing some kick-ass songs. I think you did exceptionally well and commend you on putting the hard work in to get these songs done.2/4 is a great percentage when you consider how hard it is to write one really good song.Well done and best of luck!!!Cisco

Well, I got great reviews, he basically said everything was top notch, but...the lyrics just weren't quite strong enough. Who would have thought!? I knew it was my weak point, so I'm just glad to know that he thought all of the rest of my skills were right up there. So, needless to say, returns all around.I need to find a great lyricist to work with...then the hits WILL happen How about the rest of you?

Hey, Daniel.Still LOVED the tune. And your ability to work and make changes and edit and RE-PRODUCE at such a pace was amazing...MIND-boggling...inspiring.You have a great tune (that could only get BETTER from here), and -obvioulsy- an enormous amount of support here.I don't believe for one second that I should say anything less than "Congrats". You affected MY head and my life. That matters. (Well, to ME, anyway.)Now, go write something new. Ted

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it! I don't consider it a failure myself at all, just a good learning experience, and I actually have something in the works that might have prevented me from doing it even if I had gotten the gig (more on that soon I hope...but I'm actually under contract not to talk about it yet! ). But yeah, it was a great challenge, I got a great response, and at some point I will find that lyricist!Dan
