Please submit top-notch Drum Instrumentals that capture the authentic, indigenous sound of South Pacific Tribal drum music. Your submissions should feature organic percussion and tribal drumming as their principle instrumentation. Including some additional elements (layered in to create ambiance) could work for this request, just be sure to keep the focus on the drumming. Your submissions should be rhythmically engaging from start to finish and have excellent arrangements and musicianship, as well – nothing "looped" or obviously MIDI-driven will work. We do not recommend using virtual sounds or instruments for this pitch, as nailing the authentic, organic sound is key to delivering what this Library needs. Please be sure your production is high-quality. If you have tracks that capture the traditional sounds of islands like Polynesia, send them in!

Your submissions should be approximately 2 minutes long, give or take. Non-faded, buttoned/stinger endings will work best for this pitch. Do NOT copy the referenced acts or songs in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a general guide for tempo, texture, and tone. Do NOT submit any material with unauthorized samples of any other artists’ music, sounds, or any other form of media. Broadcast Quality is needed.

Hey there,

To me it would mean non-percussive background elements that create a sense of space and support the percussion. So, I'd listen to anything in the references that is not percussion for examples to follow. Good luck with this!
