should I change this track or submit as is to other opps?

The Listing:
SNEAKY, PLAYFUL, DRAMEDY-Style INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed by a very active Production Music Library with a long list of great placements in TV, Films, and Commercials. Give them well-crafted Cues in All-Tempos that you'd hear in popular shows like Real Housewives, Honey Boo Boo, Little People Big World, etc., etc., etc. Please submit well-crafted Instrumental Cues that are mischievous, playful, and sneaky, without being ominous. Pizzicato strings, glockenspiel, marimba, and some tasteful percussive accents will work really well for this pitch. But don't limit yourself. Get creative! Most music libraries already have lots of Cues in this ballpark, but they're anxious to find some new material that brings a little something extra to the partyÉ some fresh ideas, or a new twist! Maybe the boing of a Jew's Harp? How about a shaker trill in just the right place? Have fun, get creative, but don't paint too far outside the lines. All submissions should be at least 2 minutes long. Easy edit points and buttoned/stinger endings are highly encouraged. This company offers an EXCLUSIVE deal, so please be sure the Instrumental Cues you submit for this pitch aren't already signed to another catalog or any other libraries. Sync fees will be split 50/50, the Publisher will get 100% of the Publisher's share, and you'll get 100% of the Writer's share. You must own or control your master and composition rights. Please submit one to three Instrumentals online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis - No full critiques. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59PM (PST), on Saturday, February 20th, 2016. TAXI #Y160220DC

Reason for return (#319):
This one is "painting a little too far outside the lines".

Should I change this track so it is "inside the lines" and if so, what would you recommend be changed?
Thanks.

Hi Vikki
It's a cool cue. 8-) The one thing it's not is "sneaky". That being said, it would fit well in many reality TV oriented libraries for a number of pitches. So rather than re-work it, I'd submit it to libraries you already have relationships with and move on.

Best
:-) Casey
