Paul....after reading all of the high praises you received in this thread, I had HAD TO check out the song. Now lemme tell ya.....I am a hard sell. I am not part of the "flavor on the week" crowd and I think much of today's music SUX!! But your Power Pop song is EXTREMELY goooooood!!!! If I were to hear that as a random song on a radio station.....or in a commercial on TV, I would practically RUN to to the internet to try to find out "who that was!!!" so I could buy the whole album! Huge props, bro!
On a side note, if you enjoy Melodic Power Pop bands in general, I suggest you check out 2 sources.

1) The Szuters - CJ and Mike Szuter established a Power Pop band called The Szuters (out of Cleveland) who have released several album, but never made it BIG! Their music is sort of like a cross beatween The Beatles and Cheap Trick.

2) Notlame.com is an online record store that specializes in all things Power Pop. There, you can listen to sound samples of various bands, many of whom could easily issue a radio hit.

I like many different style/genre's of music, but Melodic Rock and Poper Pop are my "stranded on a desert island" top flavors! Keep on doing what you are doing , Paul! I will be going back to your site to listen to more of your music!

Holy crap, Paul, you've got some great tracks! That's a great story about hearing your music mentioned on TAXI Live-- like magic in the air! It's one of the things I love about TAXI: those surreal moments of watching your life (and your TAXI friends' lives) in supercolor.

I hope they pick your track. But if they don't, you know there's going to be something better waiting for you. And I'm betting a few of my chips on you landing some terrific placements with those tracks of yours.
