No silly!! I left LA in 1997. Was there 22 years!!
This is my job...I'm a truck driver trying to make it as a composer...wait, I said that wrong. I'm a composer trying to survive as a truck driver! There... that feels and sounds better!
I'm writing this as I sit at the US Postal Depot in Las Vegas. Delivering junk mail... then it's off to LA for 2 deliveries tomorrow and I'm free to terrorize at the Rally... until Monday the 12th... when I grab a load and head home (to Minnesota)!!

Just kidding about the studio in the trailer... but I do have a "mini" studio in my laptop. Just a laptop and an M-Audio KeyStudio 49i... an I can compose in the bunk area of my truck, upload tracks to my Dropbox folder and/or transfer them when I get home!

It definitely keeps me grounded and sane! Otherwise, I become despondent and feel that I'm not getting my music done and also feel I'm losing ground and "time's-a-wastin'"! Sends me into a depressed state!!!! That's not a good mind-set to be in while driving the roads of America!!
I'm hoping the day will come where I no longer need to drive a damn truck to survive...
I'm in LA now, making my last drop (LA Postal Depot) then I'll be going to the Westin LAX to find a place to park this rig!! I spoke with Aaron (Taxi) last week to see if I can help out since I'm here with nothing to do!! He told me to drop by...he'd be setting up on Monday (today)...
