Question, Has anyone ever submitted a song for a listing for a female vocal in which the demo is in a mans voice, but was written for a female. I have some that I haven't recorded with a female vocalist and I'm struggling to find some.

This can work only if a listing asks for either male or female vocals, but those listings are rare from what I've seen.

I have searched on my city's Craigslist music or talent forums and have found vocalists like that. You can search posts or either make your own. Private message me or e-mail me if you need some more information.

Thanks, Commisary, I'm just moving forward with my songwriting and I'm putting Demos together in my home studio because I cant afford an engineer. It's a slower process, but I'm getting better with each one I complete. I was looking for a shortcut! And on one song, people think it's a woman anyway! Appreciate you taking time to answer my question.
