You Had a Bad Day - Daniel Powter - Bubble gum at it's finest. He's from my wife's home town, he was a grade behind her. She got to interview him for radio up here. And he was very nice, still!! That song has no guitar(OK, very little), almost entirely produced by him. It is soooo repetitive. And then American Idol picked it up. Cha ching. That is a SUCCESS story. I guess he didn't use the 2nd best way to get his music out.

From way back, "Rhythm of the Rain". The original version stunk up the joint. But, when Dan Fogelberg got a hold of it, he gave it a soul all it's own.Maybe I just wish I could sing like him!

I didn't know Fogelberg covered it! Casey
