Songwriter shamelessly introduces self

Hello everyone, I'm a songwriter (mostly lyric writer) and I'm new to Taxi! I would love to make contact with other songwriters who want to collaborate.I just found out I'm a finalist in the "we are listening" lyric writer awards! (the shameless self promotion begins...) I'm not sure yet what this means, if anything, but the judges included Grammy winners, so it's a good feeling to know they liked my work, anyway!I've written lyrics for over 100 songs, and I've had my songs performed and published by quite a few artists (non-major) in Europe. I would like to make more US-contacts. I am an American living in Switzerland. I've had a lot of good feedback for my work but most of it is from non-native English speakers, which makes me want to get feedback from the other side of the pond!
