Yeah, I'm shameless. My website has been updated. "This Ring" has been professionally produced using Nashville's A list musicians. I have two versions on my site. Also, my demo for "Hitting the Nuts Tonight" is being professionally done in Nashville as well with Clint Black's label artist Danny Green. The song will be featured in the upcoming poker comedy "Hittin the Nuts!". The independent film has also just been picked up by Warner Brothers. Good Stuff. Finally, I just recieved word that my song "Put it in Drive" will recieve air-play this summer on over 50 radio stations as part of a compilation cd for promotion. Things are going pretty well. I'm submitting "This Ring" to a TAXI listing for wedding songs this week. Check out my songs below.http://www.soundclick.com/tcartermusicThanks, Tony

Hi Tony,I'm shameless too, but I don't mind because that just means we have a better chance of making contacts and seeing each other at the Grammys or something sometime. As you know I'm a Taxi supporter but also I'm a VERY big supporter of using Taxi only as PART of an overall plan not THE plan. I love the fact that you're out there doing a lot of things inside and outside of Taxi to make things happen. That's a good example for a lot of musicians. Congratulations on all the good news, really cool stuff. I don't do lyrics but I thought that the Hitting The Nuts thread was one of the more educational threads in recent memory. I was pretty impressed with the level of detail and insight that came out of the whole thing. The songs sound great BTW. Dave
