Well, since I was making my own final preparedness list, I thought I'd share my list in case this helps anyone. You may not need any or all of these items, but if you want to be a total boy/girl scout, here is one list:CD samplers, in envelopes for the rally if you are packing light, but at lease a few in jewel cases. I like putting labels on the envelopes with the track listing so once a CD is plugged in the listener can still see the track list. Same for jewel cases-- have track listing on case liner. If you have certain songs you hope to show by themselves for something, consider a few CDs with just one song.Lyric sheetsBusiness cardsNotebook and penDotsPost-its (for indicating "track #n" if you give a CD in for a panel or class) Rubberbands (to wrap lyric sheets with CDs for panel submissions)Extra CD jewel cases, CD labels & envelopesCD marker pen (only if for some reason you need to make a quick CD copy for some reason, not a professional submission).
