You would be proud of the party I threw for you Thursday night, it was fun. I didn't find out until this morning that it was your birthday but I knew I was celebrating something worthwhile.

Don't let your party end until Sunday night (at the earliest) and I'll keep your party going on here in Texas.

Chits' birthday weekend update:

Still keeping it going here for you, pretty lady. When I got up this morning I had to put on sunglasses to open the fridge, for a while there I understood how it feels to be Stephen Hawking. Maybe some of my texts to my wife back in LA the last few days can give you a picture of the celebration here in your birthday spirit.

: I've never had a waiter threaten me with a knife before

: If I die tonight and they think it's natural causes just go with it

: A homeless man just came up to me at the bar and told me to get my shit together

: Apparently when a cop says don't move....

: I think my "Check Liver" light just came on

: Three bruised ribs would seem to indicate I didn't use the stairs properly

If I was in Bama I would have called you this morning to tell you I'm coming for breakfast, you'd make the eggs and I'd bring the jello shots. I wish I could have gotten you a present but I did the next best thing; I looked in your craigslist ads and found someone giving a free camel to a good home. I told them you are on your way to pick it up.

I'll finish your birthday weekend today at my favorite biker bar down in Spring, opens at 2 with a live band and open mic. A great place. I haven't been down there in a few weeks, the last time they made me look like a jackass in the paper the next day.

Hopefully I can give you a final update tomorrow. We'll see.
