Yeah man...Matt did the heavy lifting on this cover for sure. He sent me just his vocal and acoustic guitar, and it was pretty good already! I just played fretless bass, and put in the other sounds, etc...There was a ton of keys, synths, strings, harmonica, slide, and percussion elements going on at one point... We ended up not using a bunch of it, which is fine! I learned this from TRE (and from Matt Vander Boegh)- Sometimes the mute button is your best friend! lol
