Two Forwards - Americana -

Oh yeah! Two forwards for the recent Americana listing! I submitted 5 tracks to this listing

Collabs and Assistance
  • One was a collab with a fellow Taxi Member "Breathe But Don't Say Your Name" and the other track is the one that Mark (CosmicDolphin) and Telefunkin gave me some mix feedback on "Keep Your Knots Tight".
  • Peter (Funsongs) and Matt thanks for the encouragement on the track too. It's great to have friends to help along the way! :)

So happy. Now I am hoping that this "New Music Licensing Company started by a seasoned industry pro" will reach out to add these tracks to the library. I am ready to start pumping out Americana wherever and however often it is needed! :)

Congrats Johnny! Honestly, even though it was clear you had a really good song in 'Keep Your Knots Tight' I didn't think it was a particularly good fit for the listing in question, but that just shows how wrong we can be when it comes to second guessing screeners, and in this case I'm glad I was :). Best of luck for a positive response from the library.

I am so happy to report that I received an email today at 2:22 pm from a library. I read it at 5:45 pm. I danced a jig with my family (I'm not even Irish) and then replied at 5:59 pm! I have been asked to sign "Keep Your Knots Tight" with a library! Yes!!!

Papers aren't signed, yet. Files haven't been sent yet. But, it looks like it is happening folks! :)
