Two listings identical text

Listings D250914WN and D250820HN (the latter is closed) Have identical descriptives. I called TAXI and was told the listings were created by different companies. What I don't get is why/how the text in each is identical. I submitted to both, but a bit reluctantly. Any insight into why the listings are "different companies" yet have literally identical content?

Just a guess, but its possible that two different libraries are pitching for the same show so need very similar tracks.
