Uploading an Avatar
I need uploading for dummies. I know where to go to set my avatar, but it requires an off-site URL. Could that be simply on Facebook, MySpace or somewhere like that? Not sure where to store it and have been unsuccessful so far (obviously). Thanks for any help or tips.

Gary
You can view the glass as half empty or half full,
but sometimes it's great to just have something to drink.

Re: Uploading an Avatar
You certainly can upload your Avatar from Myspace, facebook, etc. Right-click on the image and select properties. Copy the address (url) of the picture. Paste that url into your avatar profile, and wah-la!
Image has to be pretty small, no larger than 90x90 pixels. Usually the Myspace or facebook images are smaller than that, so they work.

Well, dang. It worked! Now, if only this "living the songwriter life" thing would be as cooperative. Much appreciated.
