Very creative Pop, RnB, and Ballad lyricist

Post by Socool » Wed Jul 11, 2012 6:32 pm

Hi Guys, i'm a gifted and very creative lyricist, i do write in the genres of pop, r&b, and ballad. I am looking to collaborate with composers and producers, you must be serious about your craft, and if you're a taxi member that's a plus. Presently i do have amazing lyrics with hit potentials, so i'm looking forward to hearing from passionate creators of music, like myself.

Hey,

Id love to do some collaboration with you. I'm more of a melody guy and looking to write a bunch of 'pop' melodies. If you are interested send me an email at joonyd11@gmail.com. Lyrics are my weak point so hopefully we can come up with something.

Cheers,

John

Hi -

Are you still looking for someone to put music to your lyrics? I compose Pop and Ballads and would be interested in collaborating. Please send me an email at lucap1400@gmail.com and we can see if our musical styles match.

Thanks.

Hey Socool,

I'm looking for some fresh lyric ideas for two songs. They each had lyrics at one point, but they've been scrapped and I haven't been able to find the right words to replace them. Chords/melodies/grooves are in place, though if the right lyrics came along they could affect the overall shape.

First song is driving, energetic, kind of a Foo Fighters/Bruno Mars (locked outta heaven) feel.

Second one is a power ballad with potential, a la Rascal Flatts, Lady Antebellum, etc...

You can hear some rough demos (no, the song title is not "doodoo") here: http://www.slyjoemusic.com/feed-me-lyrics

Plan is to get these recorded, and start pitching for licensing opportunities, and other artists. Of course it would be a 50/50 split of the writer's share should these songs start bringing in any royalties.

Cheers,
Joe "Sly Joe" Slyzelia
