I'm sure one of your studio buddies could wire something up quickly if you don't have much experience with a soldering gun. Or, you could pick up some cables that already have the proper ends on them.Andre

It's just that you need to be able to decide for yourself which destination(s) the source is sent to (eg - mains, nearfields, nearfields + sub). Okay, I'll go. This is the main part of my rig:Main computer: Mac 2x2.5 G5; 8GB of RAM that I access ; every single piece of music software known to man and all the major sample libraries (because I run Virtual Instruments Magazine); audio interfaces: MBox 2 (used as a dongle for the PT LE software), MOTU PCI-424 card with 2408s for digital input, recently an Apogee Ensemble because it sounds great.Three slave computers: a 2x2.0 G5 with a MOTU card in it; a VisionDAW PC (2.8GHz P4) - aging but really solid; and a 2.4GHz P4 with Giga on it that I'm thinking of replacing with a Mac Mini after the next update. The PCs have Frontier Designs Wavecenter PCI cards - cheapo lightpipe I/O. I also have a broken 3.4GHz P4 that I really should fix.Kurzweil K2500X (controller), Yamaha VL1, Akai EWIs (anyone want to buy a 3020/m? I have an extra.). DrumKAT with Fat and HatKAT pedals that I'd like to replace with something more responsive - possibly the $200 Alesis pads, except they don't have a hi-hat mode.Outboard: Waves L2 used as A/D converter. Two Millennia channel strips (I sold everything to buy them).Blue Sky System 1 monitors. I just bought a pair of UREI 809As on Ebay as a second ref - they're being reconed, and I'm going to power them with a big honking Hafler amp.Oktava MK019 (I think - the cardioid ones); Røde Classic 2 mic; sundry other mics.Aeron chair that my ass is in love with. Too much stuff I don't use anymore.These are old pictures (I now have a 30" monitor instead of the two 17" ones), but it shows the bulk of my rig showing the sliding desktop. When it's pulled back I have a full 2x3 tabletop. Simple set up. My vocal booth is a clothes cupboard.
