Re: Where is that darn plane?
Supposedly they are now getting pings from what may be the black box flight recorders. I really hope this is "it". CNN is running out of adjectives... From "credible" to "encouraging" to "promising" to "most promising"...
Seriously, for the families involved, I truly hope there will be at least SOME answers. They've gone through hell this past month between the event itself, the bungling of the investigation and search by multiple countries, and the media.

Re: Where is that darn plane?
Diego Garcia?? That's a Navy base.
Let's see if I can make a new one up, recently Missouri offered Boeing $170 Billion to move here, (state has no money though unless it's corporate subsidies or tax cuts for those who don't need them, just sayin',lol)
Maybe the Boeing plane just went berserk, and the governments are protecting it against lawsuits and recalls?? I don't think GM was part of the military industrial complex, so they weren't afforded any protection in the recent congressional hearings, unless you count that they gave GM a heads up, and they all retired and promoted a woman kept in the dark and out of the loop, that didn't know anything about what was going to be asked in the hearings.

I still like the Sarah Palin story (unconfirmed).
She seems to think it flew too high and is stuck up there, in "the sky"... Bla bla bla
But she's a special kind of stupid

Re: Where is that darn plane?
I've moved on to the Pistorius trial: "where is that darn truth?".
I put the kettle on, it didn't suit me.
