I had one track that did just that and the only way I found out about it was through my BMI statement. It was a nice surprise... ;)
It might be best, when you place tracks in non-exclusive RF libraries, to re-title them first and then if you want to register them, you can use that alternate title. I do that to keep things separated and know (should I get a PRO royalty) where things came from. Keep in mind, however, that some RF libraries do register your tracks if they act as publisher such as that large RF one whose name starts with "A".
