Hi, Would this be an acceptable Work for Hire by a Film and TV library? thanks!
Work For Hire
This letter of agreement confirms that your work (The Performance) on the recording titled ¬¬¬¬¬______________ (Recording) written by ______________ shall be considered a work made for hire as defined in Section 101 of the U.S. Copyright Act. You irrevocably grant to _____________ (The Employer) all rights of every kind in and to the Performance (s) rendered hereunder, including, without limitation, the sole and exclusive worldwide right to copyright of the Performance in the Employer’s name as the sole owner and author thereof. Songwriter shall accordingly have the sole and exclusive right to copyright any such master recordings or audiovisual reproductions embodying the performances by the Performer under the Songwriter’s name as the sole owner thereof.
As a provision to the Performer, in versions containing the Performers vocal performance the song’s title will read “___________________The Performer will receive credits in all metadata for the work.
The Employer agrees to pay the sum of $_______ upon completion of the Performance (s) in a recording satisfactory to the Employer. No additional royalties, residuals, re-use fees, new use fees or other payments required under any collective bargaining agreement shall be payable to or on your behalf for services performed hereunder. It is agreed that the Employer may license the Recording for all synchronized uses, including all visual media now or hereinafter devised.
Not withstanding the foregoing, in the event that the recording is licensed for synchronization with an audiovisual production for which the Songwriter receives a fee for Master Use, the Performer will receive ________ percent of the total of combined Synchronization and Master Use fee received by the Songwriter. The Songwriter will be responsible for payment of this fee to the Performer.
You hereby grant to Employer the worldwide right in perpetuity to use and publish and to permit others to use and publish your name likeness, voice and other biographical material in connection with your services and performances hereunder.

If the Employer and the Songwriter are the same person, you should consistently refer to that party as the Employer so there's no confusion about who owes the singer money in the event that there's more than one writer, imo. (I am not a lawyer) I don't know if a library would accept it, (I'm not a library, either) but I'd have no trouble with signing it as a performer.
